The Precision Group is at the forefront of the automotive components business. PCL is one of the largest camshaft manufacturers in the world, manufacturing all types of camshafts under one roof.

The company has several other group companies such as MEMCO, EMOSS, and MFT.

The Brief

The Precision Group has been expanding globally, and the website was not updated aesthetically and with data. Also, as the company was being listed for IPO, it had to update legal information and follow the guidelines to adhere to the information that should be listed as an IPO company.

Step 1:

Scrutinizing the old website, understanding the level of information already available, and any information that could be carried forward.

Step 2:

Research on the guidelines for companies to be listed as IPO. Competitive analysis and company research, interviewing the board of directors and decision makers to understand the vision of the company.

Step 3:

Designing the wireframe and the user journey map.

Step 4:

Several rounds of calls and interaction with the decision makers and finalising the wireframe and content

Step 5:

Design approvals and collaboration with developers to develop the website. Collaborating with photographers and videographers to have the right images for the website.
